1. Send photos and measurements
Show the slab, edges, access, gate width, debris location, and anything nearby that must be protected.
2. Get a written scope
The scope should mention saw cuts, break-up, loading, haul off, and the finish condition of the site.
3. Mark utilities and protect the path
Sprinklers, gas, water, electric, drains, and low wires need attention before equipment comes in.
4. Break, load, haul off
The concrete is broken into manageable sections, loaded, removed, and staged or hauled based on the plan.
5. Leave the site ready for what comes next
New concrete, gravel, turf, landscaping, drainage, or construction works better when the demolition ends clean.
